I've been an artist my whole life. Having to move frequently with a military family, my constant companions were my paint brushes, colored pencils, and camera so I was always creating in some way and knew early on that I wanted to pursue a career in the arts. The hard part for me was deciding if it would be the life of an artist or musician because I loved performing and playing music just as much as I loved creating art. I'm lucky to have been able to do both and have navigated my life and career around my love for art and music. I moved to Colorado after high school and attended the Colorado Institute of Art in Denver where I obtained my degree in Visual Communications. That experience helped me develop a skill set that rolled a lot of my interests together along with teaching me I didn't have to choose just one field of expertise. I've been a graphic designer and photographer for many years now and can't imagine doing anything else!
