When asked how long Angy has been an artist she is happy to reply, "My entire life."  Having to move frequently with a military family, her constant companions were her paint brushes, colored pencils and camera.  She was always creating in some way and knew early on that she wanted to pursue a career in the arts but had a hard time deciding if it would be the life of an artist or musician because she loved performing and playing music just as much as she loved creating art.  Angy started freelancing as a high school student.  Illustrating, graphic design, band promos, logos, you name it...she did it.  Angy went on to attend the Colorado Institute of Art in Denver, Colorado, obtaining her degree in Visual Communications.  After graduating she realized she still hadn't decided what she wanted to specialize in and finally came to the conclusion she didn't have to choose just ONE thing but could incorporate ALL the things she was so passionate about into her art; music, photography, fashion and nature.  Today her body of work includes Concert and Band Photography, Fine Art Photography, Jewelry Design, and Wearable Art.  Angy loves having an art studio in the heart of the downtown arts district in Ashland, Kentucky and is a member of the Tri State Arts Association.
